Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Clearline Cleaning Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services
Clearline Cleaning Group provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Office Cleaning
- Apartment Cleaning
- House Cleaning
- End of Lease Cleaning
- Commercial Cleaning
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Booking and Payment
- Booking: All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit card, bank transfer, and cash.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- Ensure pets are secured during cleaning services
- Inform us of any hazardous materials or areas requiring special attention
- Secure or remove valuable items from cleaning areas
- Provide accurate information about the property and required services
- Ensure payment is made according to agreed terms
Liability and Insurance
Clearline Cleaning Group is fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. We take every precaution to protect your property, but we cannot be held responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile or have pre-existing damage. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Service Guarantee
We are committed to providing excellent service. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange to return and address any concerns at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearline Cleaning Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
